I understand the complexities of eating to nourish and support a healthy pregnancy, and I'm here to provide you with up-to-date evidence-based information. Meet Tina
Based out of Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, with over 10 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, I am passionate about helping clients understand how nutrition impacts their health, fertility and overall well-being. I use evidence-based strategies to help my clients make small, lasting changes to their nutrition that can make a big impact on their lives.

Since 2019, I have completed four continued education courses related to fertility and pregnancy nutrition, and have since dreamed of starting my own Private Practice. I am driven and dedicated to stay up to date in fertility and prenatal nutrition to provide you the best evidence based nutritional information.
